July 1, 2018

“I don’t believe we are here to suffer. I believe we are here to live a beautiful life. Whatever beautiful means to us.” - Milena Kosak In this month’s episode of Your own kind of wonderful, my guest Milena Kosak talks about the death of her daughter and how this gave her permission to live an authentic life. This emotional journey is talked about with such clarity, from turning a tragic event, into a catalyst of self-discovery. Milena reveals how you can use your grief and experience to fuel your chosen life. Milena is an author and certified intuitive coach, who specialises in trauma releasing. She successfully combines traditional and spiritual methods of coaching and helps people to overcome and release very traumatic experiences in their life to become whole, fulfilled and free. Milena doesn’t believe in excuses, but she believes that all the difficult challenges in our life should be taken as our fuel to live authentic, free and chosen life. She is also the author of the book ‘My Path Through Grieving’, which is currently being translated into English. You can find more information about Milena at: Facebook Email Website
